We want you to receive your new product as soon as possible. All our products are made to your order. Production time takes 5-10 working days. Delivery time depends on your geolocation.
Customers can request a return and refund under the following conditions:

- In the case of receiving a product in a different color due to our error.
Customers are required to report these issues within 7 days of receiving the product and provide photographic evidence. After confirming that the product is faulty or incorrect, we will initiate a refund for the damaged item.
